Band instrument rentals

A: We offer the rent to own program, with low rates so you are able to rent as little as one month. Or we also offer instruments that you can buy from our store! 

A: Ultimately it is your responsibility to make sure the instrument gets back to Leesburg Music so that your payments can stop. Please give us a call at our store number (352)323-8889 so you can make the arrangement to drop it off at our store after you are done with the rental. 

A: Your instrument will be delivered to Leesburg Music and we will call you to set a time and day for you to come in and pick up your instrument. It typically takes anywhere from a few days to week for your instrument to be delivered to our store. 

A: When you reserve your instrument through the convenient online rental portal, and the order is approved, you will be charged the initial "reservation" fee. One month after that instrument is assigned to you the credit card you provided will be billed the monthly rental fee including LDW(Loss Damage Waiver) and sales tax. This especially comes into play if you reserve and instrument for a future delivery. For example: You order in May for fall delivery in August. You will get charged the reservation fee in May and the first month's rent will be charged one month after delivery, in this example - in September.
